Petronilla is the Director and Managing Partner of the firm. She established the firm in August 2013 trading initially as a sole practitioner. Petronilla grew the business and changed the legal entity to limited liability in August 2016. Prior to becoming a sole practitioner, Petronilla was in a partnership from 2011. Petronilla qualified as a solicitor in February 2010. Since qualifying, Petronilla has had vast experience legal practice in the areas of personal injury, family law, immigration, employment law and general civil litigation. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Petronilla acquired vast legal practice experience as a paralegal. Petronilla continues to practice and supervise in these areas of practice and she has assisted many clients. Petronilla attended Bedfordshire University where she studied LLB honours degree in law. She completed her legal practice course at BPP London. Petronilla regularly updates herself by attending training courses, webinars, undertaking researches and attending seminars. Petronilla is accredited member of the law society family law, a member of Resolution, ELA and APIL. Petronilla speaks fluent Ibo.
Omar qualified as a solicitor in 2016. He attended the University of Hertfordshire and completed his LLB – Honours degree in Law with a 1st. He completed his Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. Omar
works in our immigration department and is accredited under the Law Society IAAS as a Senior Level 2 Caseworker and Supervisor, which allows him to provide specialist legal representation under the firm's Legal Aid contract. Omar has over 5 years’ experience in Immigration and Asylum Law having represented clients at the Home Office and at the Immigration Tribunal. Omar speaks fluent Urdu.
Mehwish qualified as a solicitor in 2017. She attended the University of Hertfordshire and completed her LLB – Honours degree in Law. She completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. Mehwish
has experience in Family Law, Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, Civil Litigation and immigration law. Mehwish has successfully assisted clients both prior and after her qualification as solicitor. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Mehwish was employed as paralegal in Immigration, family and property law and she acquired vast pre-qualification legal experience dealing with client’s issues. Collins qualified as a solicitor in 2017. He attended University of Northampton and completed LLB – honours degree in Law. Collins completed Legal Practice Course at De Montfort University in 2013 and LLM in International Business Law in 2014. Collin’s practice is predominantly Employment and Personal Injury Law. Client has successfully advised and assisted clients with employment tribunals claim and personal injury claims.
